Our Story

From a conviction to a platform.

Melitrix was founded on a single conviction, that integrated life science platforms can address problems no single-asset company can solve alone. The barriers to bringing medicine and medical technology to patients are no longer purely scientific; they are regulatory, commercial, and operational in equal measure.

We structured the company around four asset classes on purpose. Devices inform formulation. Formulation informs manufacturing. Manufacturing informs capital deployment. Capital deployment informs the next program we pursue. Each discipline sharpens the others.

Melitrix is executing a high-impact portfolio strategy, led by our lead 505(b)(2) candidate MT-01, and a robust pipeline of sterile injectable generics. With a diagnostic device program already in the commercial stage, our operations are fortified by a global-from-day-one platform. This is supported by our extensive network of European CDMOs, EMEA marketing partners, and our sophisticated R&D and regulatory infrastructure.
